Files
Browse, create and organise the robots, sub-routines and folders inside a workspace.
Files
The Files tab is the workspace's content explorer. Your team's robots, sub-routines and folders live here.
What you see
The content appears as a file tree. Each item shows its name and, for robots, the date it was created. Folders nest as deep as you need.
The icons say what each item is:
| Icon | Type |
|---|---|
| Folder | An organising folder |
| Robot | An RPA robot |
| Layers | A sub-routine |
| Agent | An AI agent |
Creating items
Click + in the top bar, or right-click a folder for its context menu, to create:
- New folder — groups robots, sub-routines and agents
- New robot — opens the creation form and takes you to the Designer
- New sub-routine — a reusable flow other robots can call
- New agent — opens the AI agent's creation form
Moving items
Drag and drop any item into another folder. While you drag, a marker shows where it will land.
Folders with teams attached cannot be moved.
Available actions
Right-click any item for its options:
| Action | Available on |
|---|---|
| Rename | Folders, robots, sub-routines and agents |
| Delete | Folders, robots, sub-routines and agents |
| Copy | Robots and sub-routines |
| Paste | Folders |
| Refresh | Folders |
Bulk actions
Select several items with the checkbox and use the actions in the bar that appears:
| Action | Available on |
|---|---|
| Move | Every type |
| Change status | Robots and agents |
| Remove | Every type |
Deleting a folder removes everything inside it. This cannot be undone.
Restricting access by team
Root-level folders can be restricted to specific teams. Click the people icon next to the folder's name — it is only visible to administrators.
A modal lists every team in the workspace. Select the teams that should have access and save:
- With teams selected — only members of those teams see the folder.
- With no teams selected — the folder is visible to every member of the workspace.
This is available on root-level folders only, not subfolders. Only administrators can change access permissions. To create or edit teams, go to the Teams tab.
Opening in the Designer
Click a robot's or sub-routine's name to open it in the Designer, where the automation flow is built.
Robot status
Robots are either Active or Inactive. Inactive robots run no schedules. To change the status, right-click the robot.
