Teams

Set up a Microsoft Teams connection so the workspace's robots and agents can post in channels and chats.

Teams

Connects a Microsoft Teams account to the workspace. With it, robots and agents can post messages in Teams channels and chats automatically.

Authentication​

Authentication goes through Microsoft's SSO. When you create the connection a sign-in window opens — sign in with the Teams account you want and authorise the access.

Switching the authenticated account​

Open the connection and click Switch account. A new sign-in window opens so you can authenticate with another account.

Using it in the Designer​

For a robot to use this connection, add the Teams connection action to the flow. In the action's settings, pick the connection saved in the workspace. Later Teams actions (sending a message and the rest) use it automatically.
