Set up an Outlook connection for the workspace's RPA robots.
Outlook (RPA)
Connects an Outlook account to the workspace, for RPA robots. With it, robots can read inboxes, send email and work with Outlook automatically.
Fields
Email
Enter the address of the account to connect. This field identifies the account before authentication.
Authentication
Once the email field is filled in, click Connect with Microsoft. A sign-in window opens — sign in with that account and authorise the access.
The email field is validated before the sign-in window opens. Connect with Microsoft only works with a valid address filled in.
Switching the authenticated account
Open the connection and click Switch account. A new sign-in window opens so you can authenticate with another account.
Using it in the Designer
For a robot to use this connection, add the Outlook connection action to the flow. In the action's settings, pick the connection saved in the workspace. Later Outlook actions (sending an email, reading an inbox and the rest) use it automatically.
