Set up an Outlook connection for the workspace's AI agents.
Outlook (Agent)
Connects an Outlook account to the workspace, for AI agents only. With it configured, agents can read and send email as the authenticated account.
Authentication
Authentication goes through Microsoft's SSO. When you create the connection a sign-in window opens — sign in with the Outlook account you want and authorise the access.
Once authorised, the connection is active and can be picked in any agent in the workspace.
Switching the authenticated account
Open the connection and click Switch account. A new sign-in window opens so you can authenticate with another account.
