OneDrive

Set up a OneDrive connection so the workspace's robots and agents can upload and download files.

OneDrive

Connects a OneDrive account to the workspace. With it, robots and agents can upload and download files straight to the authenticated account's personal or corporate OneDrive.

Authentication​

Authentication goes through Microsoft's SSO. When you create the connection a sign-in window opens — sign in with the OneDrive account you want and authorise the access.

Switching the authenticated account​

Open the connection and click Switch account. A new sign-in window opens so you can authenticate with another account.

Using it in the Designer​

For a robot to use this connection, add the OneDrive connection action to the flow. In the action's settings, pick the connection saved in the workspace. Later OneDrive actions (upload, download and the rest) use it automatically.
