Get values from an Excel table

Gets every value of a named table in an Excel tab, returning the data structured in rows and columns.


Options​

Excel tab​

Select the Excel tab, obtained earlier in the flow by the Select an Excel tab or Create an Excel tab actions.

Table name​

Enter the name of the table to read.

Returns​

Field selection​

  • values — table cell values (List)

Each item of values is a row of the table, with the list of cells of that row. Each cell is an object with value, formula and position.

Rules and Conditions​

  • Every field is required.
  • The table must be a named table in Excel.
  • This action is only available on Windows, because it uses the Microsoft Excel installed on the computer. On macOS and Linux, the action fails with the message "only available on Windows".
