WhatsApp: Send text

Sends a text message to one or more phone numbers through a WhatsApp bot configured in the Roberty account.


Note

You must have a WhatsApp bot configured in Roberty Studio to use this action. Go to the Devices section in the Studio, select the desired device and open the WhatsApp tab to configure the bot.

Options​

Origin bot​

Select the WhatsApp bot registered in the Studio that will be used to send the message.

Destination numbers​

One or more phone numbers the message will be sent to. Enter the numbers in the international format with the country and area codes, without spaces or special characters, for example 5511999999999.

Message​

The content of the text message to be sent. It supports plain text and multiple lines.

Returns​

This action has no returns.

Rules and Conditions​

  • The Origin bot field is required and must reference an active WhatsApp bot.
  • At least one number must be provided in the Destination numbers field.
  • The numbers must be in the international format (country code + area code + number), without spaces, dashes or parentheses.
  • The Message field is required.
  • If the origin bot is not active or the connection has been closed, the action ends with an error.
