Move e-mail

Moves an e-mail from one folder to another within the same e-mail account. Ideal for automatically organizing messages processed by the robot — such as archiving e-mails already handled, moving items to specific folders or separating e-mails by category.


Options​

Connection ID​

Select the E-mail connection action that will be used to perform the move.

Inform the email​

Enter the e-mail that will be moved. It usually references an e-mail object obtained by the Get e-mail from list action.

Source box​

Enter the name of the folder the e-mail will be removed from.

Destination box​

Enter the name of the folder the e-mail will be transferred to.

Returns​

This action has no returns.

Rules and Conditions​

  • Every field is required.
  • The source and destination folders must exist beforehand in the e-mail account.
  • The e-mail is removed from the source folder when it is moved to the destination.
