Mark as read
Marks an e-mail as read in the inbox. Useful for signaling that the e-mail has already been processed by the robot, making it easier to identify pending items in future executions when combined with reading filters in the Read inbox action.
Options
Inform the email
Select the Get e-mail from list action that references the e-mail that will be marked as read.
Box name
Enter the name of the mailbox where the e-mail is located. This field is optional — if it is not provided, the robot uses the default INBOX mailbox.
Returns
This action has no returns.
Rules and Conditions
- The E-mail field is required.
- The Box name field is optional.
- The action only changes the e-mail status to read — the e-mail stays in the same folder, without being moved or deleted.
