Mark as read

Mark as read

Marks an e-mail as read in the inbox. Useful for signaling that the e-mail has already been processed by the robot, making it easier to identify pending items in future executions when combined with reading filters in the Read inbox action.


Options​

inform the email​

Select the Get e-mail from list action that references the e-mail that will be marked as read.

Box name​

Enter the name of the mailbox where the e-mail is located. This field is optional — if it is not provided, the robot uses the default INBOX mailbox.

Returns​

This action has no returns.

Rules and Conditions​

  • The E-mail field is required.
  • The Box name field is optional.
  • The action only changes the e-mail status to read — the e-mail stays in the same folder, without being moved or deleted.
