Download attachments

Saves every file attached to an e-mail into a local folder of the computer. Ideal for automating the receipt and storage of documents, reports or images sent by e-mail, without having to open the e-mail client manually.


Options​

Inform the email​

Select the Get e-mail from list action that references the e-mail whose attachments will be downloaded.

Download path​

Enter the full path of the local folder where the attachments will be saved. The folder must exist before the execution.

Returns​

This action has no returns.

Rules and Conditions​

  • The E-mail and Download path fields are required.
  • Every attachment of the e-mail is downloaded into the folder provided.
  • The destination folder must exist beforehand — the robot does not create the folder automatically.
  • If the e-mail has no attachments, no file is saved.
