Press hotkeys

Press hotkeys

Presses a combination of hotkeys simultaneously (such as CTRL+C, ALT+F4, CTRL+SHIFT+T). Ideal for running system and application shortcuts that require multiple keys pressed at the same time.


Options​

Hot key​

Select or enter the keys that make up the desired shortcut. You can add multiple keys to form combinations such as CTRL+A, ALT+Enter, CTRL+SHIFT+S. If the desired shortcut is not in the list, just type it and add it manually.

Field selection​

  • count — number of hotkey combinations pressed by the action (Number)

Rules and Conditions​

  • At least one key must be provided to make up the shortcut.
  • The shortcut is executed in the context of the application that is in focus at the moment of the execution.
  • Check that the right application is in focus before the action is executed.
  • Operating system shortcuts (such as ALT+F4) may close active windows — use them carefully.
