Oracle - Connection

Creates a connection to an Oracle database from a connection configured in the workspace. The ID of this action is used as a reference by every other Oracle action in the flow — such as Oracle: Query and Oracle: Close connection.

Select the Oracle connection previously registered in the workspace's Connections tab.

User

User name for authenticating on the Oracle database.

Password

The user's password for authenticating on the Oracle database.

Connection string

Connection string for the Oracle server, for example host:port/service-name.

Returns

This action has no direct returns. Its ID is used as a reference by the other Oracle actions.

Rules and Conditions

• In Version 2.0, the Connection field is required and the connection must be configured beforehand in the workspace's Connections tab.
• In Version 1.0, the User, Password and Connection string fields are required.
