Get a team channel by title

Get a team channel by title

Gets a specific channel of a Microsoft Teams team by its title.


Options​

Teams login​

Select the Teams Login or Connection action set up in the flow.

Team ID​

Enter the team ID, for example the id return of the Get a team by title action.

Channel title​

Enter the title (or part of the title) of the channel to get.

Exact title?​

Enable it to search for the channel whose title is exactly the same as the one entered, case-sensitive. When disabled, the search finds the channel whose title contains the text entered, case-insensitive. Default: disabled.

Field selection​

  • id — channel id (Text)
  • displayName — channel title (Text)

Rules and Conditions​

  • The Teams login, Team ID and Channel title fields are required.
  • If more than one channel matches the search, the first one found is returned. If none matches, the action returns no data.
