Get a chat by title

Gets a specific Microsoft Teams chat by its title.


Options​

Teams login​

Select the Teams Login or Connection action set up in the flow.

Chat title​

Enter the title (or part of the title) of the chat to get.

Exact title?​

Enable it to search for the chat whose title is exactly the same as the one entered, case-sensitive. When disabled, the search finds the chat whose title contains the text entered, case-insensitive. Default: disabled.

Field selection​

  • id — chat id (Text)
  • topic — chat title (Text)

Rules and Conditions​

  • The Teams login and Chat title fields are required.
  • Chats without a title are searched by the participants' names.
  • If more than one chat matches the search, the first one found is returned. If none matches, the action returns no data.
