Get drive by name

Get drive by name

Gets a drive of a SharePoint site by its name.


Options​

SharePoint site​

Select the Get site by path action set up in the flow.

Drive name​

Enter the name of the drive (document library), for example Documents.

  • createdDateTime — the date and time the drive was created (Text)
  • description — the description of the drive (Text)
  • id — the ID of the drive (Text)
  • lastModifiedDateTime — the date and time the drive was last modified (Text)
  • name — the name of the drive (Text)
  • webUrl — the URL of the drive (Text)
  • driveType — the type of the drive (Text)
  • createdBy — the name and email of the user who created the drive (Any)
  • owner — the name and email of the owner of the drive (Any)
  • lastModifiedBy — the name and email of the user who last modified the drive (Any)
  • quota — the quota of the drive (Any)

Rules and Conditions​

  • The SharePoint site and Drive name fields are required.
  • The name is compared exactly, case-sensitive. If no drive of the site has the name entered, the action returns no data.
  • The drive obtained can be used in the SharePoint and Excel file actions.
  • If Microsoft Graph rejects the operation (item not found, insufficient permission, etc.), the action fails with the error message returned by the API.
