Table > Get metadata

Gets the metadata of a specific table in an Excel file hosted on OneDrive or SharePoint.


Options​

Drive type​

Select the drive type: SharePoint or OneDrive.

Account​

Select or enter the OneDrive/SharePoint account.

Excel path in the drive​

Enter the full path of the Excel file in the drive.

Excel sheet name​

Enter the name of the tab that holds the table.

Table name​

Enter the name of the table whose metadata will be read.

Returns​

  • Number of rows — Returns the number of rows in the table.
  • Number of columns — Returns the number of columns in the table.
  • Table headers — Returns the list with the column names.

Rules and Conditions​

  • Every field is required.
  • The given table must exist in the tab.
