Decide who can talk to the agent, and share its access link.
Sharing
The Sharing tab controls who can reach the agent's chat, and gives you the link to share.
Reach it through the Settings icon in the editor's side navigation, Sharing tab.
Who can talk to the agent
Which users can reach this agent's chat on the Roberty platform.
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Only users from the same organisation | Only members of your organisation can start a conversation |
| Any Roberty user | Anyone authenticated in Roberty can talk to the agent |
| A public link | The agent is reachable without authentication, through an external link |
Sharing the agent
Shows the link to the agent's chat. Click the copy icon to copy it.

When the visibility is not a public link, the link still works, but only users with permission (set above) reach the chat.
