AI Agents
AI agents are custom assistants you train to answer questions, carry out actions and automate work according to your definitions. Unlike an RPA robot — which follows a fixed sequence of steps — an agent reasons about the goal it is given and decides for itself which actions get it there.
Where agents live
Agents are created and organised on the workspace's Files tab, alongside robots and sub-routines — there is no separate agent listing. In the file tree each agent has its own icon and can be opened, renamed or deleted like anything else.
Organising them in folders
Agents can be organised into folders on the Files tab, alongside robots and sub-routines. A folder with teams attached restricts visibility — only members of those teams see the agent. See Teams for how to set the access up.
Active / Inactive status
An agent is either Active (it accepts new conversations) or Inactive (it does not answer, and its integrations stop working). To change the status, select the agent on the Files tab and use the bulk Change status action.
