Introduction

Before getting into the documentation, it is worth knowing what RPA is, the security measures we have taken, and how the technology works.

What is RPA?​

RPA is the technology that automates the repetitive work people do on a computer, by building robots for it. Any repetitive process that is high in volume or risk and governed by business rules is a candidate for RPA.

Security measures​

  • Our infrastructure runs on Amazon, so you do not need a server of your own.
  • Our robots talk to our cloud over end-to-end encryption.
  • Beyond the encryption, a robot sends only what it has to. None of your company's data travels over the internet.
  • Roberty was built to follow the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

How does it work?​

  • The robot is scheduled according to the business rule.
  • Robots need their input correct and in a consistent shape.
  • The robot drives the mouse and keyboard to carry out the routine.
